Understanding the person, their work and their environment.

You may not know who on your team is neurodivergent. You can still design clearer communication, more usable environments and flexible ways to do the work.

Our sessions draw on occupational therapy models and research into workplace adjustments, alongside workplace and leadership experience. We connect people, tasks and surroundings, exploring flexible options that respect individual needs and the realities of running a team.

Training is educational. It does not diagnose individuals or replace tailored clinical, legal or WHS advice.
