Across our three divisions
Staff in AHPRA regulated professions hold current registration. Other disciplines hold the relevant professional registration, accreditation or membership.
Systems in Context provides navigation and case oversight. Health in Context provides clinical services within each practitioner’s scope. Work in Context provides workplace tools and access to professional advice within the agreed arrangement.
Using one division does not require using another. We discuss provider choice, consent and any relevant interests openly.

Record systems, access permissions and approved transfer methods are confirmed before intake. Health records are shared through the agreed secure process.

Using this website
The partnership enquiry collects name, work email, organisation, partnership interest, a meeting request and practice check answers where submitted. We record consent and submission time.
The NDIS referral form collects participant name and locality, requested services, contact details, funding arrangement, optional preferences, consent and submission time. Please leave out NDIS numbers, full plans, reports and detailed medical history. We use the details to review the referral and arrange first contact. Authorised In Context staff can read referrals in a private inbox. Referrals do not subscribe anyone to marketing, confirm a booking or establish consent to treatment.
These details are held by our website host, which may process information outside Australia. You can leave optional questions blank or call 1300 952 474 to discuss another way to refer. Contact info@incontext.au for access, corrections, deletion requests, withdrawal of future contact consent or privacy complaints. Information may need to be retained where required by law.
The tip sheet form for our ADHD Awareness Month campaign collects your email address, consent and request date so we can contact you about that sheet. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other marketing. You can download the sheet without giving an email address. The sheet opens on the website and is not sent automatically by email.
